Registration

To register for our classes, please you will need our registration form which can be printed here:
2008-2009 Registration Form.

A Registration Fee of $15.00 (non-refundable) per student MUST ACCOMPANY the registrations form. Tuition is neither transferable nor refundable. Class offerings are contingent upon sufficient registration.

Students will be placed in classes that are appropriate for their level of physical and mental development. If at any time the director feels that the placement is incorrect, the student will be changed to the appropriate class.

Costumes are ordered in late fall and must be paid in full at time of registration.
A full refund will be given before ordering if your child chooses not to participate.

Costume Prices:
Small Child- $40.00
Medium-Large Child - $45.00
X-Large Child, Lg Adult - $50.00
XLG - $55.00

Family Discount: 10% off each additional family member. Discount(s) applies to the lower family member's bill. (Excludes adult program.)
A $15.00 Late fee for past due accounts. $20 returned check fee.
